The Challenge
A successful but operationally fragmented restaurant chain: each of its three branches ran a different system, there was no central visibility of group performance, and daily financial discrepancies were hard to trace. The owners suspected cash register leakage but could not prove it. Tracking inventory across branches was practically impossible, causing surplus and waste in different branches at the same time.
The Solution
We unified the three branches under a single central POS system with a management dashboard showing branch, menu item, and shift performance in real time. We connected the kitchens with smart KDS screens, and linked central inventory to every branch to optimize distribution. We added an intelligent layer to detect abnormal patterns at the register.
